These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of VOSKPO’s services, including the VOSKPO RCM Portal and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.

VOSKPO reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective 30 days after posting unless otherwise stated.

1. Definitions

  • VOSKPO LLC: A New Mexico Limited Liability Company.
  • RCM Portal: VOSKPO’s online platform for billing, coding, insurance claims, and patient record management.
  • Customer: Any user of VOSKPO Services (including healthcare providers and authorized staff).
  • User(s): Individuals authorized by a Customer to access the Portal.
  • Password: Credentials for account access.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to healthcare providers, companies, and authorized staff. By using the Services, Customers consent to the collection and use of information for HIPAA-compliant services, fraud prevention, and due diligence.

3. Use of the Site

  • Access must comply with applicable laws.
  • The Site may be used for lawful, professional purposes only.
  • Unauthorized access, distribution, or modification of Site content is prohibited.

4. Use of the RCM Portal

  • The Portal provides billing, coding, claims, and patient record services.
  • Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Transactions executed using valid credentials are deemed authorized.
  • Service is available 24/7 but may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.

5. Representation

  • Login credentials serve as authorization for transactions.
  • VOSKPO is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems or insurers.

6. Charges

  • Service fees are set by VOSKPO and may be revised with notice.
  • Customers agree to pay fees in accordance with the posted fee schedule.

7. Account Information

  • Customers must provide accurate and verifiable account details.
  • Customers remain responsible for accuracy and use of account information.

8. Security

  • Customers must maintain password confidentiality and update regularly.
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
  • VOSKPO may act on instructions authenticated via login credentials.

9. Account Suspension or Closure

  • VOSKPO may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or security risks.
  • Customers may terminate with 30 days’ notice.

10. Customer Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for instructions submitted via the Portal.
  • VOSKPO may reject conflicting or incomplete requests.

11. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must comply with laws, including HIPAA.
  • Access may be restricted for updates or operational needs.

12. Information Sharing

  • VOSKPO may share data only when required by law, regulation, or court order.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from VOSKPO LLC, including service-related updates, billing reminders, and notifications.

  • Message Frequency: Varies based on service usage.

  • Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.

14. Liability

  • VOSKPO: Services are provided “as is.” Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
  • Customer: Responsible for unauthorized use if not reported promptly.

15. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.
  • Immediate termination may occur for security risks, fraud, or breach.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the parties. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

18. Amendments

VOSKPO may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance.

19. Indemnity

Customers agree to indemnify and hold VOSKPO harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of Services, breach of this Agreement, or unauthorized use.
