VOSKPO LLC is a healthcare revenue cycle management company. Operating since 2015, we've combined disciplined medical billing, revenue-cycle analysis, and purpose-built software to help healthcare providers understand the work, the open risks, and the next action in their revenue cycle. We were built on a simple conviction: a revenue cycle should be run by people who treat it as their own, not handed off to a vendor. That belief shaped everything that followed: how we hire, how we work, and the systems we use to support it. The business was registered in the United States in 2025.

Our people, not a vendor
Our team supports revenue-cycle work for practices. The systems we use are shaped around the work, the evidence and the people accountable for the next action.
Compliance first
Protected health information is handled only within the agreed service scope and the applicable Business Associate Agreement. The public website doesn't collect patient information.
Evidence before conclusions
We report from the records available for each engagement, separate confirmed facts from open questions, and review recommendations before action.

Some of the most capable people in the workforce are simply the ones who can't get to an office. A parent raising children on their own. Someone living with a disability. A person caring full-time for an ill family member. VOSKPO was built, in part, to reach them.
A deliberate share of our workforce is made up of people who need to work from home. What they build here is a genuine career in revenue cycle work. We partner with organizations to find people who need a livelihood but can't leave home to earn one, then we train them, equip them, and give them meaningful, lasting work.
