This website is provided for informational purposes to introduce healthcare providers to VOSKPO's revenue cycle management and analytics services. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or billing advice specific to your practice. Illustrative metrics, KPIs, and forecasts shown on this site (including A/R day ranges, clean-claim rates, and cash flow projections) are representative of typical client outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance.

Specific revenue cycle management services — including Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management, Surgical & IONM Billing, Out-of-Network (OON) & IDR Recovery, Denial Management, and Cloud-Based RCM Analytics — are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement and, where PHI is exchanged, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). These Terms govern website use only and do not themselves constitute a services agreement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the VOSKPO name and mark, and the "VOSKPO Practice Incubator" program name — is the property of VOSKPO LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

Access to the Document Hub, VOSKPO HRIS, and any other authenticated portal is restricted to authorized staff and providers. Credentials are individually issued and must not be shared. Unauthorized access attempts may be logged and reported in accordance with our security policies.

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from VOSKPO LLC, you agree to the following terms, which supplement our Privacy Policy:

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOSKPO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of this website. This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
