Post ERA and EOB payments, keep reports up to date, handle client escalations and run the monthly reconciliation for independent US medical practices. Fully remote, with flexible hours.
About the role.
About the role You will keep payment posting accurate and up to date for the independent US medical practices we work with, and help resolve the issues that come out of it. What you will do - Post insurance payments from ERAs (electronic remittance advice) - Post payments manually from paper EOBs (explanation of benefits) - Update and maintain reports - Work client escalations through to resolution - Run the monthly reconciliation What you need - At least one year of experience in the US healthcare revenue cycle (required) - Hands-on payment posting experience, both ERA and EOB - Experience with month-end reconciliation How we work - Fully remote, from Sri Lanka or India - Full-time, with flexible working hours How hiring works 1.
